Outside Sales Representative – Construction Products (GTA)

EXCLUSIVE GTA TERRITORY OPPORTUNITY

Pro Cut Diamond Products is expanding into Ontario and is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow our Greater Toronto Area territory.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of an exclusive territory and represent a growing Canadian supplier of premium diamond blades, core bits, wall saw blades, hand saw blades, and concrete cutting products.

IMPORTANT: This position is best suited for candidates with experience in construction, industrial sales, contractor sales, equipment rental, diamond tools, concrete cutting, coring, demolition, or related industries. Applicants without outside sales experience or experience working with contractors may not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales throughout the Greater Toronto Area
• Visit concrete cutting contractors, coring companies, demolition contractors, and construction firms
• Introduce Pro Cut products and distribute trial products
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship building
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active accounts
• Maintain regular customer contact and grow repeat business
• Represent the company professionally throughout the territory

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience preferred
• Experience selling to contractors, construction companies, industrial customers, or equipment users strongly preferred
• Experience in construction, concrete cutting, diamond tools, industrial supply, equipment rental, or related industries is a major asset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
• Existing GTA construction industry contacts are considered a strong advantage

Compensation

• 30% commission on net profit from first orders from new accounts
• 25% commission on repeat orders from those same accounts
• 50% advance commission available once performance thresholds are met
• Gas and approved travel expenses supported
• Uncapped earning potential
