Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Strategic Business Architect with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will drive strategic planning, business transformation, and enterprise alignment initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic business architecture roadmaps and transformation plans.
• Partner with executive leadership to align business strategy and execution.
• Support modernization, compliance, and digital transformation programs.
• Analyze operating models, business capabilities, and organizational priorities.
• Support customer, citizen, and patient-focused strategic initiatives.
• Conduct strategic assessments and business planning activities.
• Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Support enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Collaborate with architecture, business, and technology teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Strategic Business Architect within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
• Experience supporting strategic transformation and modernization programs.
• Strong understanding of business architecture frameworks and operating models.
• Experience working with executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical capabilities.
• Experience supporting enterprise initiatives and business transformation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Business Architecture certification preferred.
