What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and prevent downtime
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Handle a mix of work: mechanical, basic electrical, welding, and fabrication
- Read blueprints, schematics, and layouts
- Work with contractors/vendors when needed
What You Bring
- 433A Industrial Millwright License (required)
- 2–5 years in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting and hands-on repair skills
- Comfortable working continental shifts
- Automotive or high-volume manufacturing experience is an asset
