Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Labourer – Delivery & Merchandising Support to assist with route-based operations. This role combines warehouse support, delivery assistance, and retail merchandising execution.
You will work closely with an Account Sales Manager, supporting daily route operations from loading product in the morning through in-store execution and merchandising throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily delivery routes including loading/unloading product at warehouse and retail locations
- Support merchandising execution to ensure products are stocked, rotated, and displayed correctly
- Help prepare and load delivery trucks for daily routes
- Provide support on the road with product delivery and customer-facing store visits
- Operate delivery vehicles when required (if licensed)
- Use equipment such as dollies and manual handling tools for product movement
- Lift and move product regularly (up to 50+ lbs)
- Maintain strong relationships with retail store partners through professional communication
- Ensure all assigned locations meet company merchandising and presentation standards
- Monday to Friday
- Start time: 6:00 AM
- Shift duration: up to 10 hours (route completion dependent)
- Majority of the day is spent on the road visiting retail locations
- Start and end point: Arthur Rose Ave, Saskatoon, SK
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting up to 50+ lbs)
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, route-based environment
- Previous experience in delivery, warehousing, merchandising, or general labour is an asset
- Valid driver's license considered an asset (not required)
