Wage: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform lock-out/tag-out procedures and safety checks
• Identify and mark coils and materials accurately
• Conduct routine equipment inspections
• Handle heavy general labour tasks in a steel manufacturing environment
• Lift, bend, push, and pull materials safely throughout your shift
• Work safely around machinery, heat, and industrial equipment
• Support production teams to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in manufacturing, steel, construction, or heavy labour environments
• Comfortable working in high heat, dusty, and noisy conditions
• Ability to safely wear required PPE
• Basic hand tool experience
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, comprehension)
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
