Vehicle Sales Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our Mercedes-Benz Burlington Team.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking and is very organized. As a Sales administrator, you will be supporting the Sales Department in many administrative duties.

What you will do:

• Stock in vehicles as they arrive at the dealership, preparing pouches and key tags
• Maintaining Dealer Management system with vehicle details
• Preparing and posting of vehicle invoices
• Facilitating dealer trades with neighboring dealerships
• Communicating to appropriate team members status and requests updates on the vehicles
• Licensing with the MTO

What you will bring to the role:

A proven track record of superb teamwork

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on excel skills

Self-starter who can work independently, while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines

You have excellent communication, problem solving, task planning, and organizational skills.
