We are looking to hire an Admin. Assistant - Customer Relations to support our financial planning practice.

Title: Admin. Assistant-Customer Relation

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Keep client records up to date in accordance with compliance requirements
  • Field client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Support principal financial advisor and paraplanners as needed in administrative duties
  • Provide account reviews for client appointments
  • Assist in filling applications for insurance and investment products
  • Facilitate client requests by filling out appropriate paperwork and seeing through requests to completion
  • Contact clients to arrange appointments and facilitate appointment logistics (room bookings, Zoom links, etc.)
  • Ensure all paperwork is up to compliance standards
  • Coordinate paramedical appointments between provider and client for life and critical illness insurance applications
  • Other ad hoc duties as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in financial services, insurance, wealth management, or a related industry
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Proficient with technology (MS 365, Zoom, CRM software, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently under pressure, prioritize tasks efficiently, and enjoy a fast-paced environment
  • A results-oriented problem-solver with a strong sense of initiative
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken
  • LLQP license is an asset

Base salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year subject to experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:30 am - 5:30 pm (7 hours/day)
