Apartment Window Washer (Ground-Level Specialist) - Up to $45/hr

Position Overview
We are looking for a focused and efficient Apartment Window Washer to maintain the glass surfaces of our single-story residential units. This role is ideal for someone who prefers working outdoors without the need for high-altitude equipment. You will be the primary person responsible for the clarity and cleanliness of all ground-floor windows, patio doors, and entryway glass.

Key Responsibilities

• Ground-Level Cleaning: Wash and squeegee all exterior and interior windows, glass doors, and sidelights for 1-story apartment units.
• Detailing: Clean window tracks, sills, and frames to remove debris, cobwebs, and buildup.
• Screen Care: Efficiently remove, deep-clean, and re-install window screens.
• Efficient Routing: Move quickly and safely between units to meet daily cleaning quotas while maintaining high quality.
• Resident Interaction: Provide professional and courteous service when cleaning interior windows or working near resident patios.

Qualifications & Requirements

• No Height Requirement: This position does not require the use of high-reach ladders, scaffolding, or rope access.
• Must have own car (or bicycle if you live downtown)
• Physical Agility: Ability to bend, squat, and reach consistently throughout the day. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs (cleaning buckets and portable kits).
• Reliability: Strong punctuality and the ability to follow a checklist to ensure no units are missed.
• Equipment Proficiency: Comfortable using T-bars, squeegees, scrapers, and microfiber detailing cloths.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot streaks, smudges, and hard water stains that are easily visible at eye level.
