Career opportunity
The successful candidate will manage day-to-day fund operations for the Willoughby Investment Products. The role will report to the Manager, Fund Operations at Willoughby Asset Management and work closely with various internal departments and external service providers on a small, fast-paced team. In this role you will gain access and experience in all areas of Investment Fund management, working closely with the fund portfolio managers, operations, compliance, and executive team.
You will be responsible for:
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum (actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).

In this role you will gain access and experience in all areas of Investment Fund management, working closely with the fund portfolio managers, operations, compliance, and executive team.
You will be responsible for:
- Customer service as the initial point of contact for advisor-related enquiries and providing information relating to funds, portfolios, prices, distributions, and fund dealing procedures;
- Calculation of the funds' performance;
- Review and prepare marketing material for performance calculation and fund information;
- Fund NAV price updates across internal and external systems;
- Ensure accurate investor records maintenance;
- Tax slip preparation and delivery;
- Assist with the launch, termination, and other transitions relating to the funds;
- All other tasks and projects as requested and agreed to relating to the general operations of Willoughby Asset Management and the Harbourfront Group of Companies.
- Minimum 2 years of investment fund operations or dealer operations experience;
- Good understanding of investment fund products;
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and open to learning AI;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem solving skills;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
