What You'll Do

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the vehicle purchasing journey

• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions

• Promote and complete vehicle sales in a professional, ethical, and customer-focused manner

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kia products, features, financing options, and competitive brands

• Respond promptly and effectively to all sales inquiries and leads

• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives

• Work collaboratively with the sales and finance teams to exceed customer expectations

• Achieve individual and team sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience is an asset; automotive sales experience preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships

• Computer proficiency with MS Office and Outlook; dealership software experience is an asset

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record

• AMVIC License required upon hire
