What You'll Do

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Assist both customers and internal departments with parts inquiries, ensuring they get the right part, on time, every time.
• Stay Organized: Receive, store, and track incoming parts and supplies using an inventory management system.
• Manage Inventory: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, reconcile counts, and prepare orders to replenish inventory as needed.
• Support the Team: Distribute parts for service repairs and ensure the shop has everything needed to operate efficiently.
• Communicate Effectively: Contact customers when ordered parts arrive and process returns quickly and accurately.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in automotive parts or inventory management.

• Strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
