**Welder** **Pay:** $22.00-$26.00 per hour **Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent **Schedule:** * Day Shift * Monday to Friday * 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM **Location:** Scarborough, ON (In Person) ### About the Role We are seeking a skilled Welder to join a busy fabrication environment producing custom metal fixtures, displays, and structural components. This hands-on role requires experience welding steel, aluminum, and stainless steel using MIG and TIG processes. Laser welding experience is considered an asset. The successful candidate will work from technical drawings and specifications to fabricate high-quality products while maintaining safety and quality standards. ### Key Responsibilities * Perform MIG, TIG, and laser welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless-steel components * Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders * Set up and adjust welding equipment based on project requirements * Create, follow, and maintain Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) * Deburr, grind, and finish metal components to required specifications * Inspect welds and finished products to ensure quality standards are met * Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance * Identify material or equipment issues that may affect product quality * Tag and document completed work as required * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area * Follow all company safety policies, OHSA regulations, and quality standards ### Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of commerc Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
