Position Overview

Alliance Plumbing is seeking an experienced and motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of plumbing and heating installations, repairs, maintenance, and emergency service work at residential and commercial job sites throughout the city and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and disconnect plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.
• Install and service heating systems and water systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing and heating issues.
• Respond to emergency service calls as required.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, including weekday evenings and weekends, with overtime opportunities.
• Perform system testing, inspections, and routine maintenance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment and follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
• Complete required documentation and service reports accurately and on time.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Plumber or Hvac Certificate/Ticket.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, heating, and water systems.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing and heating problems efficiently.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
