Hiring: Barista (Part-Time)

Pay Rate: $16/hour
Shift Timings: 7:00AM – 2:00PM (MST)
The shift may be extended as per business need

Job Overview

HF Group is hiring an experienced Barista on behalf of our client for a corporate café setup in downtown Calgary.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with prior barista experience who are confident working in a professional, fast-paced environment and delivering high-quality beverages with excellent customer service.

The shifts will be allocated based on performance of the candidate.

Important Note

• This is a high-volume operation (2000+ drinks daily)
• No training will be provided
• Only apply if you have prior barista experience
  

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and specialty beverages
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
• Provide friendly and professional customer service in a corporate setting
• Handle POS transactions and cash/card payments
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
• Assist with setup, restocking, and closing duties
  

Requirements

• Previous barista experience is required
• Comfortable using espresso machines & milk steaming techniques
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable and punctual
