Receptionist - Vernon Hyundai

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience while supporting our team in a professional, team-oriented workplace. Please note this is a full-time, permanent opportunity. The schedule is Monday - Friday.

• Previous receptionist experience
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A positive, professional, and welcoming attitude
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• A collaborative team-player mindset
• A willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative
• Previous reception, administrative, or customer service experience is considered an asset

• Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Direct visitors to the appropriate team members
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Maintain filing systems and dealership records
• Receive deliveries, process incoming mail, and distribute correspondence
• Monitor and replenish office supply inventory
• Ensure the reception and customer waiting areas remain clean, organized, and inviting
• Assist the Accounting Department and other team members as required
