Key Responsibilities:
- Core Payroll Operation & Management: Responsible for semi-monthly payroll calculation, distribution, and tax filing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Benefits Framework Setup: Assist HRM in building and continuously optimizing the employee benefits framework from scratch, based on the company's development stage and headcount.
- HR Assistant Support: Support the HR Manager with other HR daily tasks, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with new employee orientation and training.
- Supporting recruitment activities.
- Other HR-related support as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Work Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on payroll experience, particularly with companies of around a few hundred employees. Candidates with a background in large enterprises/manufacturers are preferred.
- Adaptability: Able to work in a startup or growth-stage environment, handle multiple tasks, and demonstrate attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good to Have: Experience with expatriate payroll or cross-border payroll processing is a plus. Chinese proficiency preferred.
