Role Summary:
We are seeking a Labourer to join our Mod Yard team in Calgary, AB. The role involves general labourer duties including operating atelehandler.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate telehandler in a safe manner with the use of radio and hand signals.
- Followsinstructions from supervisor(s)to perform manual labour tasks?
- Ensureshousekeeping iscompletedon an hourly basis in assigned area(s)
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety policies and procedures
- Reportsanyobserveddamagestomaterials and/or equipment tothe yardforeman
- Lead by example by demonstrating the importance of fostering a strong safety culture
Qualifications / Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years experience operating a Telehandler (certification preferred but not required)
- 2 years experience as a general labourer working on a construction site
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Calgary
