THE ROLE

At STRIVE, we are hiring an experienced and dependable Forklift Operator for a growing warehouse team in Brantford. This position is ideal for someone with experience in warehousing and logistics who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a consistent daytime schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate Order Picker and Cherry Picker forklifts
• Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory and order tracking
• Assist with loading and unloading products
• Conduct routine equipment and safety inspections
• Keep warehouse areas organized and free of hazards
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating Order pickers and Cherry pickers
• Must have external forklift certification
• Current Working at Heights / Fall Arrest certification is an asset
• Previous warehouse experience operating elevated forklifts
• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance
• Comfortable working at heights
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control asset
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to workplace safety and productivity
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed
