The Mission
Structure Winning Deals: Secure competitive financing options that align with each customer's financial profile while ensuring strong lender relationships and approvals.
Deliver a Seamless Experience: Guide customers through the final stage of their purchase with professionalism and clarity, from financing and protection products to final paperwork and funding.
Maximize Value for the Customer & the Business: Confidently present extended warranties, insurance products, and service packages that genuinely protect customers and enhance their ownership experience.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives to ensure a smooth, efficient, and transparent transaction process.
What It Takes to Win
- A Finance Professional: Proven experience in lending, finance, credit, or automotive F&I. You understand deal structure, compliance, and lender guidelines.
- A Strategic Closer: You're confident presenting financial products and overcoming objections while maintaining trust and transparency.
- Detail-Driven & Organized: Strong computer skills, accurate documentation, and a commitment to compliance are second nature to you.
- Performance-Minded: You are self-motivated, competitive, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Professional & Personable: You communicate clearly and confidently, building credibility with both customers and lending partners.
- Valid NS Driver's License & clean Driver's Abstract required. (Occasional travel to DMV or training locations may be required)
