PACT (Pearson Accelerator Construction Team) is a General Partnership of Alberici, Amico, Kenaidan, and Obayashi, supported by design partners Egis, Mott MacDonald, and Weston Williamson + Partners. Together, we are delivering Accelerator, a major program ofPearson LIFT(Long-term Investment in Facilities and Terminals), Toronto Pearson's infrastructure development plan. This multi-year program is designed to address immediate passenger growth demands while preparing Canadas largest airport for the future of air travelincluding critical upgrades to airfield and infrastructure, greenhouse gas reduction initiatives, modernization of Terminals 1 and 3, and the creation of a world-class passenger experience.
JOB SUMMARYThe Facilities Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of both the project sites and head office. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative, logistical, and operational activities to ensure project teams have the resources, facilities, and support required to operate efficiently. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to support a variety of operational needs across the project.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate daily operations between project sites, trailers, and the head office.
- Ensure project trailers and offices are organized, stocked, clean, and functioning properly.
- Order and track office supplies, equipment, furniture, and consumables as required.
- Coordinate deliveries, vendors, maintenance, cleaning services, and other site support activities.
- Support onboarding activities and workspace setup for new employees.
- Schedule meetings and provide general administrative support to project teams.
- Maintain inventories, records, and office documentation.
- Respond to operational requests and assist with resolving day-to-day issues.
- Support site logistics, special projects, and team events as required.
- Travel regularly between project locations and the head office to support operational needs.

- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative and record-keeping abilities.
- Experience supporting construction, engineering, infrastructure, or project-based environments is considered an asset.
- Valid Class G driver's license and eligibility to obtain and maintain RAIC clearance.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, Project Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
- 3-5 years of experience in office coordination, administration, project support, facilities coordination, or a similar role.
