You'll play an important role in ensuring products are received, organized, tracked, and distributed accurately across our Retail, Pharmacy, Clinical, Laboratory, and E-Commerce operations.

What You'll Do

Inventory & Receiving

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
  • Verify quantities, product accuracy, and condition of deliveries
  • Unpack, label, organize, and stock inventory
  • Maintain organized warehouse, receiving, and stockroom areas
  • Assist with inventory movement between departments
  • Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation

Purchasing & Vendor Support

  • Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment needs
  • Assist with purchase orders and inventory tracking
  • Communicate with vendors regarding orders, backorders, and delivery timelines
  • Follow up on shipment discrepancies and vendor credits

Inventory Systems & Product Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory and product records
  • Update inventory systems, pricing information, and operational databases
  • Support product onboarding and inventory maintenance activities
  • Assist with reporting and documentation

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with Retail, Pharmacy, Clinical, Laboratory, and Operations teams
  • Communicate inventory concerns and process improvements
  • Help support efficient operational workflows across the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in inventory, receiving, warehouse, logistics, retail operations, purchasing support, or a related field
  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, Retail Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
  • Experience with inventory management systems, POS systems, ERP software, or operational platforms
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Experience using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technology is considered an asset
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Physical Requirements

This position combines administrative, inventory, receiving, and warehouse-related responsibilities.

Candidates must be able to:

  • Regularly lift and move inventory and supplies weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
  • Work in receiving, warehouse, stockroom, and operational environments
  • Use ladders, carts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as required
  • Balance physical inventory handling with computer-based administrative work
