This is a fixed-term, full-time position based onsite at our Stouffville HearCANADA Clinic. Typical hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm local time. This contract is to cover a leave for approximately 8 weeks with potential for extension or consideration for other roles in nearby clinics at the end of the term. What you'll do:

  • Provide an exceptional and individualized client experience for clients visiting and contacting the clinic

  • Manage the clinic schedule by booking and rescheduling appointments; follow-up on missed appointments or with appointment reminders

  • Making product and payment recommendations to enhance the client journey

  • Support with maintaining physical and electronic records

  • Perform basic hearing aid maintenance and product questions

  • Participate in local events and marketing initiatives to support HearCANADA branding and networking within the local community

  • Educate patients on billing and payment options; perform AR duties as assigned

  • Team-player - you work well with others and appreciate what can be accomplished with support from colleagues

  • Willingness to participate in some local travel - access to a car and a valid driver's license is strongly preferred as some travel will be expected within the assigned region (mileage paid) for community events and marketing initiatives
