What You'll Do

• Upholster custom furniture to exact specifications
• Work with a wide range of premium materials, including leather, specialty fabrics, and directional textiles
• Perform precise pattern matching and fabric alignment
• Interpret drawings, work orders, and design specifications
• Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout the production process
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and production teams to ensure flawless execution

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of upholstery experience in the custom furniture industry
• Proven experience working with leather and directional textiles
• Strong pattern-matching skills and attention to detail
• Experience with high-end residential, hospitality, yacht, or marine-quality upholstery preferred
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to craftsmanship
