Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently prepare and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring a welcoming sanctuary for every visitor.
• Thoughtfully replenish guest room amenities and supplies, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Proactively identify and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns, contributing to a secure and well-maintained property.
• Collaborate effectively with the housekeeping team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within established quality guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic, demonstrating a consistent presence and dedication to tasks.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling, and standing for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and a guest-focused approach, ensuring every interaction contributes to a pleasant stay.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
