Answer high-volume calls, scheduling appointments, entering info into EMR software, tracking referrals, etc. - MS office suite and prior professional exp is required, if worked in a medical clinic or similar setting, this is strongly preferred - this is in Vanier so there is a high volume of French-speaking patients but due to the nature of the role being temp, we are open to anglophone only but English language skills need to be strong due to many candidates being ESL and more comfortable in French.
