Machine Operator

Job Overview We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator for our St. Thomas client! Our client is looking for reliable, dedicated candidates to add to their team. This opportunity has great potential to be hired on full time based on attendance and job performance! Pay Rate: $19/hr Shift: 3pm-1am Monday to Thursday (need ability to train on day shift) Duties Assisting the main machine operator to setup, operate, and maintain of printing equipment Operate press equipment including flexo folder-gluers, rotary die cutters, and associated machinery. Read and interpret job tickets, blueprints and work orders. Inspect finished product for defects and ensure compliance with customer requirements. Skills Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods. Experience operating machinery (1+ years in manufacturing setting) Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and safety protocols Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and work instructions effectively This position is ideal for candidates who are mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
