Licensed Heavy Duty CVIP Trailer Technician

We're currently looking to expand our team with a dedicated CVIP Licensed Heavy-Duty Trailer Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair trailer systems, including brakes, suspensions, lights, wiring, doors, and flooring

• Perform preventative maintenance and CVIP inspections

• Use diagnostic tools and manuals to identify issues

• Help maintain accurate service records and reports for the Rental Department

• Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and safely

• Keep work area clean and organized

• Collaborate with team members and communicate with Rental and Service personnel

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in trailer repair or heavy-duty vehicle maintenance preferred

· Valid CVIP licence, strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Knowledge of air brake systems, electrical wiring, suspension, and some hydraulic systems

• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and technical drawings

• Valid driver's license (Class one or three licence an asset)
