Job Details:
This role is ideal for a senior, hands-on AEC marketer with 5-8 years of experience executing campaigns that support specification-driven sales cycles. The Marketing Manager will lead day-to-day campaign execution, partner closely with the Sales Team, and take full ownership of marketing performance, lead quality, and CRM reporting.
GENERAL LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES:Marketing Execution & Campaign Management:
- Own the execution and optimization of integrated marketing and business development campaigns aligned with annual plans and regional priorities.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across email, paid digital, website, and industry platforms, ensuring strong alignment with sales objectives.
- Translate strategic direction into clear execution plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate and improve campaign performance to increase engagement, lead quality, and velocity.
Business Development & Sales Alignment:
- Serve as a primary marketing partner to Regional Sales Representatives, supporting architect, developer, builder, and consultant engagement.
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns supporting Lunch & Learns, CPDs, product launches, and regional BD initiatives.
- Ensure timely and effective campaign follow-up to maximize conversion and opportunity development.
- Align campaign execution with long, specification-driven sales cycles common to the AEC industry.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Own execution and performance of email nurture and outbound BD campaigns using Mailchimp.
- Manage paid digital initiatives across search, LinkedIn, and trade-focused platforms.
- Direct website updates, landing pages, and campaign-specific content to improve conversion and lead quality.
- Support creation of architect-facing content, spec tools, and educational assets in collaboration with internal and external partners.
CRM, Reporting & Analytics:
- Serve as the primary owner of marketing performance data within ZOHO CRM.
- Own lead scoring models, campaign attribution, reporting, and data integrity.
- Produce regular performance reports on campaign activity, lead quality, and engagement trends.
- Drive CRM adoption and consistent usage in collaboration with Sales and Business Development.
Vendor & Agency Coordination:
- Act as the execution-level lead for external agencies, freelancers, and digital vendors.
- Manage briefs, timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations.
- Ensure external partners are aligned with Cascadia's brand, goals, and AEC market context.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Technical Services, and Production to align marketing execution with project and market needs.
- Coordinate internally to ensure campaigns support qualified lead generation and tracking.
- Communicate campaign status, outcomes, and insights clearly across teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-8 years of progressive marketing experience within the AEC, building products, construction, or closely related industries (required).
- Demonstrated experience executing business development, lead generation, and campaign-driven marketing initiatives.
- Hands-on experience working with CRM systems (ZOHO preferred), including reporting and attribution.
- Experience executing digital campaigns across email, paid media, and web platforms.
- Strong understanding of specification-driven sales cycles and architect-focused marketing.
- Familiarity with high-performance building, sustainability, or Passive House concepts is a strong asset.
