Site Superintendent - Atlantic Canada

Our client, a well established and community focused General Contractor based in Atlantic Canada, is looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to join their growing team in Moncton, Bedford and St. John's.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all on site activities
• Manage subtrades and suppliers
• Work with local governing authorities
• Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation
• Execute work in accordance with established project schedules
• Maintain overall project schedules
• Promote and maintain a Safety First and Always culture at all times

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent with a General Contractor
• Strong negotiation, communication, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Red Seal, Gold Seal or CM Lean certification considered an asset
• Multi storey residential experience considered an asset
