Receptionist Office Administrator

Job Title: Receptionist/ Office Admin

Schedule: 3 – 4 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday) with the potential to increase up to 4 days based on event volume and business needs.

Flexibility: Must be comfortable with a schedule that "could change" based on the event calendar.

Shift: Days (8am to 4:30pm)

Role Growth: While currently part-time, there is an indication that this could transition into a full-time role.

Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Location: Bay Street, Toronto ON
Key Responsibilities
- Office Administration: Manage daily office operations including handling expenses and processing mail.
- Front Desk Support: Serve as a backup for the front desk, greeting guests and maintaining a professional entry point.
- Access Management: Responsible for the administration and distribution of building access cards.
- Facility Support: Oversee general office needs and miscellaneous administrative tasks to ensure the workspace runs smoothly.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience in office administration or reception/front desk is required. We are looking for someone with a professional background.

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in handling administrative paperwork and expenses.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for front desk and event interaction.

Attributes: Highly reliable, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
