HR Manager

Overview:
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions while supporting leadership in driving organizational effectiveness. This role requires a proactive professional who can balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals

• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning and organizational development

• Support a consistent and positive employee experience across teams

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and improve hiring processes

• Oversee onboarding to ensure successful integration of new hires

Employee Relations & Performance Management

• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance issues

• Manage performance review processes and support employee development

• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and high-accountability workplace culture

Compliance & Employment Law

• Ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation

• Maintain employee records, policies, and HR systems

• Support investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations

Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations

• Administer employee benefits and HR systems

• Track and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of progressive HR experience

• Background as an HR Coordinator or HR Generalist with strong recruitment experience

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Relevant HR certification (or in progress) is considered an asset

• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

• Experience supporting multi-location teams is an asset

• Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
