What you'll do:
Part 1: Customer Operations (2–3 hours/day)
● Answer incoming phone calls from customers and partners
● Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
● Enter and process customer orders per day using Odoo (full training provided)
● Process and record customer payments
● Apply cheque payments to customer accounts
● Support day to day office operations.
Part 2: Business Growth (balance of the day)
● Assist with email marketing campaigns (product announcements, dealer updates,
newsletters)
● Support social media activity on LinkedIn and Facebook
● Conduct proactive outreach to existing customers (reorders, reviews, followups)
● Research new customer opportunities and potential distribution partners
● Help maintain and update product information and marketing materials
