• Demonstrate a positive, team-oriented approach and lead by example
• Support mentorship and knowledge sharing among junior team members

Client Engagement & Representation

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants
• Represent the firm professionally at meetings and industry events
• Support ongoing business development through exceptional service delivery

Technical & Project Delivery

• Prepare mechanical construction documents and equipment specifications
• Conduct site evaluations and mechanical system assessments
• Contribute to technical report writing, including building condition assessments
• Support and deliver:
  • Mechanical equipment assessments
  • HVAC and plumbing system design consulting
  • Mechanical consulting for new and existing buildings
  • Depreciation reports and warranty reviews
• Assist with project coordination to ensure successful and timely delivery
• Participate in feasibility studies and lifecycle analysis

Professional Development

• Continuously develop technical expertise and stay current with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a focus on existing buildings
• Proven experience in HVAC and plumbing systems design, lifecycle analysis, and cost estimation within Canadian projects
• Registered, or actively pursuing registration, with the relevant provincial engineering association (e.g., EGBC)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong client-service mindset
• A collaborative team player with a proactive and growth-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary in the range of $80,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience
• Performance-based profit sharing, typically adding approximately 15% to total compensation
