With increasing demand and a strong reputation in the community, we're looking to add an experienced Automotive Service Technician (Shop Foreman) to our team.

Position Overview
We're seeking a skilled and motivated experienced technician who takes pride in their work and is comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Volkswagen experience is a strong asset, but not required for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Volkswagen vehicles
• Accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools
• Complete work orders efficiently and to manufacturer standards
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Stay current with Volkswagen training and technology
• Lead a team of 3 technicians

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Automotive Service Technician (310S)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a dealership or high-volume shop
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Volkswagen/Audi is an asset
• Valid driver's license with clean abstract
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• The ability to lead a team of technicians
