The Opportunity
Were looking for an AV Project Manager to lead the endtoend delivery of Audio Visual integration projects. Youll work closely with clients and internal teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure every project is delivered with the quality and professionalism TLD is known for.

What Youll Do
  • Lead AV projects from kickoff to closeout
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients
  • Support presales activities and assist with quoting
  • Coordinate with Sales, Services, Operations, and technical teams
  • Create and manage project documentation (SOWs, proposals, change orders, closeout packages)
  • Track schedules, budgets, resources, and project financials
  • Maintain accurate project records and provide regular updates
  • Strengthen longterm client relationships
What You Bring
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience with AV systems, integration, and deployment
  • Knowledge of video conferencing, networkintegrated AV, and systems such as Crestron, QSYS, or Extron
  • Experience with Visio or AutoCAD (asset)
  • 3+ years in AV, IT, or technology project management
  • Project Management Certification (completed or in progress)
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, Computing, or equivalent experience
