Summary:
The Service - Customer Service Representative (Service - CSR) will administer all service documentation for the service department and will be a reliable Customer Service Representative. They will strive to be a provide top-notch customer service with a positive attitude. The Service - CSR will align work efforts with the needs of the Service Manager and Service Technicians.

Principle Accountabilities:

- Work safely and in alignment with all health & safety regulations.
- Be knowledgeable on all aspects of our service business systems. Training will be provided.
- Handle, direct, and action inbound customer communications.
- Create and distribute return authorizations for customer units in need of repair.
- Handle the sign-in process for customer units.
- Open service quotes for service techs, help with presentation and distribution to the client.
- Create and communicate purchase orders to our vendors.
- Expedite repairs with our vendors.
- Pick parts for service work.
- Handle customer inquiries on repair status.
- Facilitate parts transactions from the warehouse to the Service Order.
- Create shipping paperwork and communicate shipping needs to our warehouse team.
- Process credit card transactions.
- Convert Service Orders to Service Invoices in our billing system.
- Coordinate electrical inspections for sales units.
- Attend to A/R and A/P activities associated with the Service and rental business.
- Support other offices during peak periods and vacation and sick coverage.
- Full participation in annual warehouse inventory and unit fleet counts.
- Support the rental department as directed by management.
- Other duties as required by Hoskin management.
Education/ Experience:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related discipline would be a definite advantage.
- Possess proven analytical/problem-solving solutions for the customer and the company.
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must present and communicate in a professional manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be organized withgood timemanagement skills.
- Computerproficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications. PreciselyMicrosoft Outlook
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment to meet or exceed goals.
- Partner with key stakeholders, such as sales, finance, rentals, and shipping, for the growth and ongoing operations of Hoskins Service Departments business.
Key Working Relationships:
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with customers renting equipment or services from your company is crucial. This involves understanding their needs, providing excellent service, and addressing concerns or issues.
