Senior Executive Assistant

We're hiring a Senior Executive Assistant / Executive Business Partner to work directly with our founder/CEO.

The first 90 days, you'll run his operating life — calendar, inbox, travel, vendor coordination, bookkeeper liaison, personal logistics. You'll be the gatekeeper, the coordinator, and the person who makes the rest of the company function around the CEO's time.

Over the next 6–9 months, you'll grow into the project layer — drafting communications, tracking strategic initiatives, sitting in on meetings as the CEO's proxy, and running small projects independently.

The path we're hiring toward is Chief of Staff. That's the dream outcome for this seat — someone who grows from running the CEO's operating life into orchestrating the operating cadence of the whole business. We have a track record of growing people from similar starting positions into senior internal roles (our current VP of Sales for example, began in this seat). If your strengths pull you toward a different direction — sales, content, operations — we'd entertain that. But Chief of Staff is what we're building toward.
