Air Duct Cleaning Technician

We are hiring Technicians for a full-time opportunity with a growing HVAC-related service company. This is a field-based role, primarily servicing the Greater Toronto Area, with regular opportunities for out-of-town and nationwide travel. Job Description Performing fan coil maintenance and service Cleaning ventilation systems, including dryer vents, bathroom fans, and HVAC ducts Working independently and as part of a small mobile team across job sites Using mobile apps or tablets to document completed work and job details Maintaining a professional presence in homes, condos, and commercial properties Communicating clearly with clients, tenants, and property managers Managing daily schedules across multiple locations while maintaining quality work Handling physical tasks, site transitions, and changing work environments Travelling for out-of-town assignments when required, including overnight travel What We're Looking For Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment Able to troubleshoot issues on-site with minimal supervision Strong customer service skills and professional appearance Clear communicator with good documentation and time management skills Reliable, self-driven, and able to work independently Respectful when working in private homes and residential settings Physically capable of long workdays and hands-on tasks Flexible working across condos, homes, rural properties, and urban job sites Requirements: Requirements Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required Valid driver's license required Clean driving record required for insurance purposes Comfortable with long-distance and overnight travel Willingness to travel up to 25% required Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
