Work Location: 100% in-office

Hours: Monday to Friday

Position Overview:

  • The Project Manager is primarily responsible for leading commercial construction projects through planning, execution, and close-out, including managing schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, and subtrade coordination. They oversee project performance to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while building strong relationships with clients and consultants and delivering a smooth project close-out.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial construction projects through planning, execution, and close‑out.
  • Build schedules, track progress, and keep the whole team aligned and informed.
  • Manage contracts, changes, RFIs, procurement, and subtrade coordination.
  • Keep an eye on budgets, costs, and invoicing to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Host project meetings and build strong, lasting relationships with clients and consultants.
  • Champion safety and quality on every site.
  • Deliver a smooth, organized, and positive wrap‑up at project completion.

Must Have Qualifications:

  • A degree or diploma in construction, engineering, or a related field (or comparable experience).
  • 5-10 years experience managing commercial construction projects (commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare or multi‑family projects).
  • Experience with estimating, or site roles are all great foundations.
  • Clear communication, strong organization, and a knack for problem‑solving.

Working Conditions:

  • Travel to construction sites as needed; valid driver's license required.
  • Occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
  • Site work may include exposure to outdoor conditions, walking, climbing, lifting, and PPE use.
