The position title is Spot Welder. We can provide training, however, if they have welding experience, that would be an asset. - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs - Must have basic math skills - Must have experience using tape measure and some power tools -Must be able to read/write/speak fluently - Trained on spot welding and operating brake press - Trained in each department and then will be designated to a particular department - Must be able work in a team environment Associates are transfered between Door Assembling and Spot Welding depending on where they're needed.
