Admin and Store Clerk

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable individual to join our team as an Admin / Store Clerk. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a growing local business.

Position Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers in-store
• Performing pool and spa water testing
• Understanding and assisting customers with basic water chemistry
• Processing customer payments through the till
• Answering phones and assisting with general inquiries
• Completing light administrative duties and paperwork
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the showroom and store
• Assisting the team with day-to-day operations as needed

Qualifications

• Previous admin experience is a must
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous pool/spa knowledge is considered an asset
