We are hiring a proactive and people-oriented Contact Center Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts in a high-volume BPO environment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our growing contact center operations.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for contact center roles, including agents, team leads, and support staff.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment events.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

- Associates Degree, Certification or Equivalent Combination of Training and Experience
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or high-volume environment.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
