Position Summary
The Metal Fabricator is responsible for interpreting drawings and fabricating metal components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and drawings
- Set up andoperatefabrication equipment
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal
- Ensure quality and accuracy
- Perform basic maintenance
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Follow safety procedures
Qualifications
- Journeyman certification or equivalent experience
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Experience with fabrication tools and machinery
- Welding and assembly experience
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
- Manual dexterity and coordination
- Ability to stand for extended periods
