We're looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as Financial Services Sales Agents. In this role, you'll be the friendly face helping customers understand and choose financial products that fit their needs – all while earning great pay and growing your sales skills!
What You'll Do:
- Greet and engage customers in a positive, approachable way.
- Explain the features and benefits of various financial products clearly and confidently.
- Listen carefully to customers' needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Hit your sales goals and help build strong relationships between customers and our trusted client brands.
- Work closely with store teams to create a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect customer information at all times.
