Class 5 Driver with Air brakes needed ! $20.10.Hr, Day Shift

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Class 5 Driver to join our client out of Dartmouth, NS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting various products within local city and highway routes efficiently, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to all safety regulations. Job Description Monday to Friday - Day Shift (6:30am - 3:30pm) 40-46 Hrs per week Operating a straight truck with airbrakes Use of tailgate and pallet jack for deliveries, hand-bombing required Hand bombing of vet supplies from truck into store fronts at Clinics, picking up returns, totes etc. Pre and post trip inspections Drivers' logbook knowledge. Good knowledge of HRM/South Shore to Bridgewater/Truro/Annapolis Valley to Middleton. Run with current driver until comfortable with runs. Pay Rate - $20.10/Hr Requirements Valid Class 5 or equivalent license - Airbrake endorsement required A minimum of 2-3 years of verifiable commercial driving experience Physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs Current clean abstract Must be able to provide a reference to verify at least 3 years of experience If you or someone you know is qualified and interested, please apply to this posting !
