Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and customer service? We're looking for Telephone Sales Representatives to support our clients' sales programs while also assisting customer service, help desk, and fellow sales teams. You'll represent some of the world's most recognizable brands, helping customers find the right solutions and delivering an exceptional experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Support inbound customer inquiries and assist with account management tasks.

  • Build strong relationships with customers through professional and empathetic communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer follow-up.
