We are looking for an experienced Customer Service professional to join our client's team in a Customer Excellence Support role in Brampton, ON. This position requires a background in customer service within the LOGISTICS industry. Bilingual (English and French) is a strong asset. Pay: $21.00-25.00/hour Schedule: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday - able to work overtime as needed Responsibilities: - Communicate and coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal teams - Keep an up-to-date report on status of customer shipments and profiles - Take calls, respond to customer inquiries, and relay to appropriate parties - Enter and update data into the system - Other administrative duties as required Qualifications: - Previous Customer Service experience within the Logistics industry (1-2 years minimum) - Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) - Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset - Excellent administrative and data entry skills - Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational and planning skills - High attention to detail - Able to work Monday to Friday on the day shift - Able to work overtime Apply now!
