Behind every great guest experience is a clean and well-cared for space. As an integral part of our team, theFacilities Cleaner plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of Glen Arbour Golf Club and the Deerfield Pub.
This role is a permanent position, with full-time hours during the golf season (MayOctober) and part-time hours in the off-season (NovemberApril).How youll spend your day:
- Perform routine cleaning throughout the clubhouse and pub, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping, and sweeping
- Clean and sanitize all washrooms, including floors, mirrors, sinks, and toilets
- Empty garbage and recycling, replace liners, and transport waste to designated disposal areas
- Restock washroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
- Maintain the overall appearance of all spaces through spot cleaning of walls, surfaces, and high-touch areas
- Clean windows and glass surfaces as required
- Complete scheduled floor and carpet care, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning
- Support light laundry duties (washing, drying, folding, and returning items) as needed
- Help maintain exterior clubhouse areas by removing debris and ensuring a clean, tidy environment

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable using ladders occasionally and working in a variety of environments
- Valid drivers licence and reliable transportation
