Broad Objectives:The Window Installer Foreman is responsible for leading and coordinating installation crews to ensure high-quality window and door installations are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage schedules, crews, and on-site problem-solving while maintaining excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction. About Cascadia Windows & Doors:
- Lead and supervise installation crews on residential and commercial job sites.
- Coordinate daily installation activities and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation specifications.
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and building code requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve installation issues as they arise.
- Train and mentor installers to improve workmanship and efficiency.
- Maintain safe work practices and ensure compliance with company safety policies.
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and site preparation.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and customers.
- Complete project documentation, reports, and deficiency lists as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in window and door installation.
- Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction practices, building envelopes, and installation methods.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures.
Salary and Benefits:
