General/Skilled Construction Labourer(s)

About the Role
We continue to look for hardworking and reliable General Labourers, Skilled Labourer's and Carpenters to join our construction team. You'll be working on a variety of residential and commercial projects, assisting skilled tradespeople, preparing job sites, and performing hands-on tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Prepare and clean construction sites (e.g., removing debris, setting up barricades)
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Assist Site Foreman in a variety of areas
• Assemble Insulated Concrete forms and participate with the pouring and finishing of concrete
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE as required by Ontario Occupational Health and Safety protocols
✅ Requirements
• Previous experience in construction or general/skilled labor preferred
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is an asset
• Safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, Working at Heights) are a plus but not required as we will assist you with getting these Certifications
